Our two-year program is designed to develop both your technical and behavioural capabilities and prepare you to excel as the future leaders of Kilcoy Global Foods. The program consists of four rotations, with the opportunity to work across multiple business units at sites in Birtinya and Kilcoy, Queensland.

We are also looking for Graduates in Kyneton, Victoria at Hardwick’s.

My experience at KGF so far has been extremely enjoyable and full or learning both professionally & personally. Within my role as a livestock procurement officer and logistical planner I get to work with a range of great team members across many different aspects of the company which is something I relish.

Over the last 8 months I have been working as a Operations Project Support Officer focusing on yield transformation, new product development, and system improvements to the site.
