Good corporate governance supports strong business performance. We are committed to conducting business in an ethical manner which is the foundation of our business’ sustainability.

GOVERNANCE STRUCTURE

Every KGF Australia employee also plays an important part in ensuring we remain on track in achieving our sustainability objectives, each with their own responsibilities related to corporate social responsibility.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT

We interact with numerous stakeholder groups including livestock and other suppliers, customers, industry and regulatory bodies, government, the local community and our own employees and shareholders. Engagement with our stakeholders is essential to our continual business growth and improvement, particularly with respect to corporate social responsibility, and is also important to building successful business strategies and delivering world-class products and services.

We seek to cultivate long-term relationships with our stakeholders to strengthen our sustainability. Engagement with our stakeholders provide us the opportunity to learn, grow and give back; whether we give back by way of financial or in-kind support or by supporting the sustainability of our the individuals and organisations along our supply and value chains.
